LIFE TIPS FOR HAPPINESS: INSPIRED LIFE LESSONS

Introduction
This is a list of Life Lessons that I have learned over the years. These are ways to make the most out of life, and to be truly happy.

I originally wrote this list on March 21, 2014. It is one of my better Lists. It is based on experience and insights over the years. Yet I was also inspired at the moment, without any “thought” at the time...I just wrote...

*Note this was also the day I discovered the solution to Red Shift. Thus I was inspired in many ways at this time.

Life Tips for Happiness

A. Main Approaches to Life

1. Love yourself unconditionally. Your soul is a gift to the world.

2. Let your Freak Sides out to play. There are many others who want the same thing.

3. Become the best of yourself, without diluting to please others.

4. Do what you really enjoy…with people you really like.

5. Fear Nothing and Enjoy Everything. You can always find a way.

6. Learn to develop and trust your intuition. A finely tuned intuition will guide you well in life.

7. Live every day as if you are at Disneyland or a Mountain Resort. Your Life should be lived as a Happy Vacation.

8. Create your own goals so that you can drive your life forward. Yet also be open to unexpected opportunities and unplanned experiences.

9. You have a unique combination of personality traits, intuition, and skills. Apply these into those projects which are very easy for you and give you great pleasure. These are things you are Meant to Do while here.

B. Your Life as Connected to Others

10. Your soul existed prior to this human life. Therefore stay true to your soul and your desires regardless of the environment around you.

11. Go where you will be most valued and most appreciated. This may require searching in unusual places and moving far away.

12. Relationships come in many forms. As long as both of you get something you want, then it is good.

13. Be careful to give your trust and your love, but when you know you can allow it…then let it happen. Feel the satisfying bliss of letting go completely.

C. Connection to the Spiritual World and Seizing Opportunities

14. Stay connected to the Spiritual World. Like the wind that blows and the birds who sing, the spiritual world is always around us. It is an ever present resource for us to tap into, as we go on our journeys.

15. Ride the Wave of Spiritual Energies. Become a Metaphysical Surfer. Learn to recognize the possibilities, get on that adventure, and ride it all the way to its conclusion.

16. Seize the Opportunity when it comes; because this confluence of circumstances may not come again.

17. Control what you need, then let go of the rest. Prepare where preparation is important, then let the rest happen as it will.

18. Enjoy the experience even if you are unsure of the purpose. You may learn something important, though it may not be what you intended.

D. Love, Play, and Peace

19. Always start your day with a puppy. Playing with your puppy will put you in a great place of joy and love for the day.

20. Remember that your Spiritual Friends are everywhere. They are always watching, loving, and encouraging. They want you to be successful and happy. With that knowledge, you can feel peaceful and secure throughout your life.

Universal Spiritual Truths For Life

Here are some of the main Universal Spiritual Truths which should be taught to all people.

1. There is a Spiritual-Metaphysical World. In fact, there are many Metaphysical Realms. The realm we exist in, and the planet we live on, are just one of many options.

2. Your soul is eternal. It exists in different forms, in different places. Yet once your soul exists, it exists forever.

3. You have been incarnated in different metaphysical realms, in different forms, at different times. The life you have now is the most recent incarnation.

4. Your soul brings with you an accumulation of loves, pains, accomplishments, failures, and experiences from previous forms and incarnations. These are what you bring with you at this time.

5. You Incarnated here for a set of Purposes. You must Discover YOUR purposes, then pursue them.

6. You have Several “Life Purposes”: a) Your Daily Career; b) Your Challenges; and c) Your Service to Others.

6a) Life Purpose - Your Daily Career: this is what you are passionate about, what you want to do every day, and what you have natural talents for.

6b) Life Purpose - Challenges, Pains, and Growth: Each of us was sent here to experience certain hardships and pains. These challenges are tailored specifically for you, and are put in place so that we learn and grow.

6c) Life Purpose - Helping Others: Each of us has talents which can serve others. Learn your talents and natural instincts where you can help others in this life. Then apply those talents where you see the opportunity. This, too, is part of your life purpose.

7. Your soul comes first - before all other people or community standards. Your soul precedes your parents, your family, your community, and your country. You were not “born into” these things; you “existed prior” to these things. Therefore your soul comes first, beyond all other factors.

*Follow your “Soul’s Purpose”, in all of the experiences and desires...before and regardless of anyone else. Other people can offer wisdom and guidance, but ultimately it is Your Soul, Your Purpose, and Your Journey.

8. Your main Question is to ask: “What do you want to do with your Life?”

*What would you love to do, if anything were possible? What do you want to experience? Know these answers first, and go for these at every moment of your life.

9. Money is a form of energy, which is used in different ways. Because money is energy, this money must flow.

*Money should be equated with Love. As with love, money is not to be hoarded, but to be given and distributed in a continuous flow. As with love, those who receive money will also give money to others. Thus the money, as with love and other energies, is a continuous flow.

10. Money is the necessary commodity to obtain your experiences and desires in this lifetime. Therefore money is good, and should be embraced with joy.

11. In order to obtain the money you need, you Exchange your Talents for Money.

*In terms of Energy, you give your Passion and Joy energies, you give your diligent work energies, into your project. Those energies will be felt by your clients - through the project, the art, or in person. Then, at the same time that the objects or services are exchanged, the physical energies are exchanged, and the money will also be exchanged. These several exchanges happen simultaneously.

12. We live in an Ecosystem of Souls. Each of us has our own unique talents, experiences, ideas, emotions, and insights. Taken together, we will create a complex ecosystem of souls…learning, growing, and evolving together.

*You should always be true to yourself, and I will continue to be true to myself, for that is the way the system is designed to work at its best.

Changing Society: We Must Step Out and Do it

The first book I wrote and published was a detailed plan for how we can improve our societies. This book has been updated and republished as recently as 2015.

The basic approach is for us to enter each of the systems, and to make improvements where we can. From there, we obtain positions of power, and make connections across the system with people who have the same vision.

Together, with enough people of the same vision, spread throughout any one organization, then the group as a whole can make significant changes within the entirety of the system.

In this way, we will restructure the decaying systems from the inside. We will bring new life and new ways to the outdated systems. Similar to new cell within a diseased organism, we will bring new life to old ways of society.

This is the basic plan for replacing the entrenched systems of all aspects of society. This is the overall strategy for creating and growing the beautiful new ways in which we can live freely and thrive fully anywhere on Earth.

The details of the plan, examples of implementation of the plan, and inspirational words to motivate you…are all in my book “Creating New Societies”.

I would like to now leave you with a poem, designed to inspire you to take the cause forward.

This poem is written as a march: “Da da dum dum dum, da da dump-da-dump-da-dum….”

I wanted something to evoke the feeling of a group of citizens marching down the street... I want the readers to feel proud and empowered, to be inspired to take control of their societies.

Join us in this March of the Modern Citizen...and together we will take the actions needed to make this world the beautiful place it can be!

March of the Modern American

Mark Fennell (1998)

We’ve got confidence and pride and we’re glad to be alive
And today is the day that we succeed
With collaborative authorities and managing with humanity
We laugh as we meet the business needs

Politicians best beware and the criminals take care
For Americans can quickly seize a thief
Every man has such potential, he can be so influential
Let us do the things the cynics don’t believe

We will each produce solutions, yes, together contributions
And our enemies will die in cold defeat
You say I’m “only” a citizen and “merely” an American
Well, this officer will fight for his beliefs

We must never hesitate to make America great
And to alter whatever we can see
Let us put a little rhythm in the innards of our systems
And make the world
the way it ought to be

Discoveries and Insights through Direct Access Mode

Where do I get my insights and discoveries from? Lots of different methods. But in terms of quantity, the majority of discoveries are through what I call "Direct Access Mode".

It is like using a telescope without the telescope, using a microscope without the microscope. It may be a form a "remote viewing" that some people can do. Or if you like, similar to the magic mirrors from medieval tales. I begin thinking about what a photon looks like, or how energy strings interact, and then I can see it all in my mind.

I want to see something. I want to know what it might be really like. This could be galaxies and black holes, or it could be electrons and photons. Quite often it is energy strings and various particles cores. Those are what I investigate most often.

With this "Direct Access" I can see photons, I can see energy strings, I can see the structure of electrons. I can see all these things clearly in my mind - without even closing my eyes. I can also manipulate the images, and see different parts working together. Sometimes I need to make some drawings to try to figure things out in greater detail; yet sometimes I see it so clearly that I simply draw to show what I know to be true.

I can then type or write as I do this. It is almost simply reporting and describing that which I see. My eyes are open, my mind is fully awake, and yet I can type or write what I envision in my mind.

How does this work? What I feel is going on is that some part of my soul or some part of my brain is able to do this remote viewing, this Direct Access, while the main of my body and mind are here. It is something like that.

Yet I also have to be “in the zone”. Only when I am really in the zone do I get really clear visuals and conceptions of what I want to look at.

This means that I must generally feel spiritual, thinking about spiritual experiences in recent months. It means being calm and emotionally relaxed. It means being undisturbed for a period of time. And it means having a clear mind, with no other outside world interferences.

Of course the more advanced I become in my understanding of particles, energy strings, clusters, and so forth, I become better at visualizing additional details and additional motions (when I go back to "look again").

For the vast majority of my insights and discoveries, that is generally how it works.

Can You See What I See?

I am often seen as “different” because of behaviors or mannerisms. Yet with all that makes me “different” I also have special skills. It is all part of the same package.

I am often told that some of my behaviors are odd. This all may be true (actually, it is relative. Who in society gets to say what is appropriate?)

Yet even if we take this all this as true, that I am different in these ways, consider this:
I can also access and visualize the microphysical worldI can see photons, electrons, energy strings, and much more.

Photons: I can easily visualize the interior of photons. I know exactly what they look like. I can see them moving in each direction, I can see the pulsation, I can see process after processes related to the photon.

Energy Strings: I can easily visualize energy strings. I know exactly what energy strings look like. I can imagine all the details. I can see them waving, moving, separating, and combining. I can visualize the size of the strings. I can see the strings interacting in various ways. I can see the strings driving particles forward, and creating energy fields.

Electrons and Particles: I can see the interior of particles. I can visualize the exact construction of an electron. I can watch it move. I can see the electric fields and magnetic fields which are associated with the electron.

I can see all this and much, much more. I do not need to close my eyes. I can visualize it all in my mind, while I write and while I type.

Can you?

Therefore, I may be "different" in some ways...but I also have special talents. I can access the microphysical world. I can visualize entities that no one has ever seen before, or imagined before.

Can you see those things?

Can you access physical realities which no one has ever seen before?

Can you visualize the details of those objects?

Can you put the pieces together?

Can you watch all these entities in motion, can you visualize every motion and every action these entities can do?

Can you run your mental programs with these entities and processes, to see the possible outcomes?

Can you do all that?

This is what I do. This is what I do all the time, with the greatest of ease.

This is one of the functions I was designed for. (I credit God or some other higher source for my construction and purpose). This is one of the things I was created to do.

This set of abilities comes in the same package as all those behaviors which are “different”. But instead of looking at what is “different” or “odd”, consider instead what I can do which is magnificent and beautiful…..

Methods of Discovery and Creation

From my personal experience and my observations of others, I believe there are four main categories of methods for coming up with creative ideas.

Where do brilliant ideas come from? Where do scientific insights come from? Where do the primary elements of soulful and penetrating art come from?
From my personal experience and from my observation, these are the main categories, and the main methods within each category, for making insightful discoveries and producing great art.

A. Then Man Himself:
The man discovers things using logic, knowledge, and figuring it out. He makes discoveries through experimentation and observation. It often comes by seeing patterns and correlations after years of study. Note that this is where the general concept of studying or practicing a topic for 10 years becomes an asset.
Many of my discoveries have come through seeing patterns. If you study a topic long enough you start to see correlations. Similarly, you study a topic long enough and you work with it in various ways long enough, then you get a deeper understanding. You start to see logic issues: “this traditional explanation doesn’t make sense…it must be something else”. And then you proceed to figure out what the real answer is.

B. From the Spirits:
This includes getting general inspiration from a Muse. This also includes getting specific fully formed ideas (including visuals or sound) from the spirit world.
Note also that studying and practicing a topic for many years becomes an asset here. This is because the spiritual world will not show you something unless you have a reasonable ability to understand what is being shown to you.

I do believe that some of my discoveries have come from the spirit world. Three discoveries in particular. Plus a few more which I am not yet ready to share. The way I know these came from Spirit is because the ideas came from nowhere. They just came.
On the other hand, if I didn't have years experience with the topic I would not have been able to understand what was being shown. Without my experiences as author and educator, I would not have been able to express it. Therefore all these aspects work together.
Also some of my poetry was inspired by Muse. And one in particular they weren’t letting it pass through my head: “really, write this down. Really”. And the visuals for that poem were very clear in my head.

C. Man Accessing Spiritual Realm:
This includes subconscious discoveries and special intuition. In this case the man accesses information he cannot see directly. It is not his conscious mind or logic, nor it is a spiritual being who is giving him the idea. The man is coming up with the discoveries, yet he is doing it in unusual ways. It is his intuition, which is an indirect method of accessing subtle information.
Note that many of my scientific discoveries have come through my scientific intuition. And I have learned to trust my scientific intuition. There have been cases where my scientific intuition has been proven correct.

D. Trial and Error or Mistakes - with Ability to Recognize Benefits:
This applies to men who like to tinker and play around (with equipment, with music, with art media, or with ideas). This also applies to mistakes (an accidental mixture, the object melted). The method is overall haphazard, but the genius exists in recognizing the great idea…then expanding on it and developing it.

In addition to the above four, there is a 5th method, which can be used to supplement and enhance the other four: collaboration and discussion.

E. Collaboration and Discussion
Through collaboration, individual creators can share ideas. They can offer new ideas which build off a previous idea, or they can help refine ideas. The net result is a final product which may be greater than what either individual would have created on his own.
Similarly, discussion stimulates ideas, and perfects the theories proposed by either person.
The methods of discussion and collaboration also allow each person to learn more, thus providing more ideas or possibilities to work with. This prompts each individual into additional creativity, resulting in better ideas, more refined solutions, more sophisticated art, and more innovative products.

Summary Thoughts
These are the broad categories, and the main sub-methods within each category, of where brilliant ideas may come from.
Most of these methods come from personal experience. This is supplemented with observation of other people, and noticing things in biographies of specific famous people.
Thus, one method created this idea, another method created that idea, and a third method created a third idea. The basic answer to “where did you get the idea for this” is “all of the above” or “it depends”.

Note that this list is brief and to the point. There are many details involved in each method. There are many specifics in each method. These will be discussed periodically in other blogs.
I am thinking of talking about my discoveries, my creations, and discussing how each one came about. You will then see that insights and creative ideas don’t just come from one source, but can come from any of the above methods.

My Experiences With Heuristic versus Theory

I have used Einstein’s “heuristic” approach myself several times. Think of this as intuition. Your intuition can come up with solutions and ideas that you never imagined on the conscious level. This intuition can come from your subconscious. Your subconscious can find solutions to problems, like a computer program working in the background.

This intuition can also come as insight from the spiritual world. In this case, you get an idea that seems to come from nowhere. You get a solution to a problem that just “comes” to you. It is not something you would have normally thought of, and it is certainly not something you actively thought about.

Many of my greatest insights have come from such intuition - in either form.

The trial and error approach is also common for many scientists and creative people. Picasso used the trial and error approach many times. You can see this in his drawings. Einstein also used the trial and error approach, particularly as he worked through mathematics to come to his final equations.

I have used the trial and error approach myself a few times. This starts by having a question to be solved, then I try different approaches which might provide the solution.

Sometimes this works. Some ideas prove correct, or partially correct. And sometimes the ideas show some problems down the road as I work with the idea. However, I have found that often I will start with a trial and error approach, set it aside, and then let the sub-routine in my brain work on it for a time. Then if I find a solution it will be a type of intuition.

Then there comes the Theory. The “theory” is the science behind the solution. It is the scientific explanation for what works.

It was intuition or trial and error that got you to the right answer. But why does this work? Is concept based on your intuition accurate science, or is it  just a useful approach but not really accurate. What is the equation saying on a physical level? How does the new model work with previously known laws of science? These and related questions are answered by the “theory”.

Note that the theory behind the intuition may come soon after, or decades later. The theory may be developed by the same person who found the solution intuitively, or by someone else entirely.

Like Einstein, I can find solutions based on intuition or the “heuristic” approach. Yet also like Einstein, I desire a scientific theory behind the solution.

Specifically, I like to know that what I came up with intuitively actually works. I like to know that my new model is accurate. I like to know that the process I describe is accurate. In order to do this, I need detailed science to back me up.

Therefore, with most of my new models, concepts, process and related insights, I back these items up with science. I try to provide science behind the intuition as much as possible. In other words, I try to come up with a full “theory”, a detailed scientific explanation, for all of my ideas.

Readers and fellow scientists can judge the theories and models based on their own merits. However, to get to that point, much of the initial ideas were based on intuition, some based on trial and error, and then I spent a lot of time trying to support those ideas with accurate science.
