Overview
I have
recently invented an Advanced Flood Control System. This system is vastly
different from anything currently existing in flood management. This system
will prevent flooding by draining water efficiently. The system will also
generate electrical power and create ample supply of clean drinking water. The
system will of course be able to manage the waters in large metropolitan
regions.
There are
several books with this design: The Abridged Version; The Main Version; and How
to Build. All books are available on Amazon.
The last
chapter of the main book on this Advanced Flood Control System explains Why We
Must Invest in this System. We review the many benefits. We also discuss how
the system pays for itself many times over.
The following
is the final paragraph from that chapter.

Build Now, for the Future of the People
For all of
these reasons, we must build this
Advanced Flood Control System. The benefits of this system far outweigh the
costs.
Furthermore,
the system will pay for itself many times over. The prevented amount of lives
lost and property destroyed in each flood event, compounded over many years,
clearly shows that this Design is an intelligent investment.
It has also
become obvious that traditional flood management designs are inadequate, and in
many places non-existent. Therefore it is time for a completely new approach.
It is time to build the truly Advanced Designs which are available.
As community
leaders, we have the opportunity to bring Flood Management to the next level.
We can create these elegant and efficient systems…if we can recognize the
potential.

Build now. This Advanced Flood Control System, built in many locations around
the world, will benefit the people for decades to come. The future of humanity
will appreciate the leadership of our generation in this area.
